In 2006, Mike Hernandez hung up his Army uniform after 12 years of service—including two overseas deployments—and came home to Tampa with a mission: build something meaningful with his wife Sandra.
While Mike was deployed, Sandra had been cleaning homes part-time to support their young family. Clients kept asking for more. They saw an opportunity.
That military discipline became the foundation of Sparkle Squad. Twenty years later, their daughter Elena runs day-to-day operations. Their son Marcus manages team scheduling. And those values Mike learned in the Army—integrity, attention to detail, taking care of your people—are now baked into everything they do.
